I bought both adult and two junior masks for a vacation where we were going to snorkel. My observations:
(1) It's well made. We just threw it into our luggage in between clothes and nothing happened to them.
(2) For the money, it's very functional. It's not as nice as the high-end masks, but it's also much less expensive ($15 vs. $80).
(3) The breathing tube is a little hard to attach, but you have to do this only once. Do it at home before you go -- it took me about 10 minutes per mask.
(4) The junior mask is a little big for a 8-year old. Should be perfect for a 9/10-year old.
(5) The adult and junior masks are nearly identical and hard to tell apart (the watertight cusp on the face is smaller on the junior mask, but it's hard to see). Get different colors or use a permanent marker to write names!Get more detail about Speedo Junior Recreation Mask/Snorkel Set.
