I take it to work every day. It Holds enough food for me but when the bladder is full it's a tight squeeze in the main compartment. I'm not complaining, it has more than enough space for my needs. Air flow is as advertised. I like the small pocket on the top which is big enoug for my wallet, cell phone, and keys which keeps me from rummaging around one of the other compartments.
